Maria AI is a mobile expense manager published by Kouman.ai (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Maria AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service

Maria AI helps you track expenses on your device. Optional cloud AI features (chat, receipt analysis, and voice transcription) require an account and are subject to usage limits described below. Manual expense entry, stats, and settings remain available without using cloud AI.

Accounts

You must provide accurate sign-in information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

AI usage limits

Cloud AI features are subject to per-account usage limits to keep the service stable and fairly available. Limits may include daily and weekly caps on AI requests. Exact limits are shown in the app when you approach or reach them. Non-AI features are not gated by these limits. We may adjust limits as the service evolves.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the app, or use Maria AI for unlawful purposes. AI outputs are for personal finance assistance and may be inaccurate — always verify important financial information yourself.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Disclaimer

Maria AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kouman.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The current version is always posted at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
