Where is my data stored?

Transactions you save are stored locally on your device. AI chat and extraction send content to our cloud backend and Google Gemini — see the Privacy Policy.

How do I sign in?

Use email/password or Google Sign-In from the login screen. An active account is required to use cloud AI features during the beta.

What are usage limits?

Cloud AI features (chat, voice, and receipt analysis) are subject to per-account usage limits — typically daily and weekly caps — to keep the service stable. The app shows a message when you reach a limit. Manual expense entry and stats are not limited. See Terms of Use for details.

How do I delete my data?

Clear local transactions from Settings, sign out, or email contact@kouman.ai to request deletion of account and cloud metadata.
